Tet Celebrations: AES Vietnam Supports Disadvantaged Communities in Quang Ninh and Binh Thuan Province
Mong Duong, 23June2016 –Continuing our effort to reach out the local community and enhancing support between MD2 Project and the local government and community during the operation phase as well as discussing and receiving comments from the local community, AES Mong Duong has organized Quarter 2 Public Consultation Meeting on the 23June 2016 with Mong Duong, Cong Hoa and Cam Hai People Committee to update the progress and operations of the MD2 Project, Information on CSR Program implemented at local community in Q1 & Q2 2016 and projected plan for Q3 2016. The meeting has achieved successful result.
On 24 June 2016, AES Mong Duong cooperate with Cam Pha Health Center organized first-aid training program for resident of Cam Hai commune at Cam Hai Clinic. Participants were guided by professional doctors, nurses and technician to do emergency CPR and first-aid in case of emergency. In the same occasion, the BOT also constructed the metal roof for Cam Hai Clinic as well as hand-out the first-aid kit to the participant of the program.
