AES Mong Duong Pickleball Tournament 2025
AES Mong Duong Power Co. Ltd, has cooperated with The Center for Education and Development to implement the scholarship program for 20 students specialized in power/electricity fields of Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) and Electric Power University (EPU). The selected students will receive financial support of US$600 per student and opportunities to participate in soft-skill training sessions and chance to have hand-on experience working at Mong Duong 2 BOT Power Plant.
Application package include:
– Application form (Link download: Click here);
– Personal resume(CV) with verification from local authority;
– Family current status with verification from local authority;
– Certified Copy of family registration book;
– Copy of awards received (since high school);
– Transcript with GPA of 2.5 or above (over 4.0) or 7.0 or above (over 10.0)
Applicant’squalifications:
– Sophomore, junior or senior currently enroll in power/electricity fields at Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) or Electric Power University (EPU);
– Have talent and can demonstrate his/her passion to pursue career in electricity/power sector.
Selection Criteria:
– Sophomore, junior or senior currently enroll in power/electricity fields;

– Pass the interview with Judging Committee including representative from AES Mong Duong Power Co. Ltd., representative from scholarship program, representative from university and experts in power/electricity field.
Scholarship benefits:
– Receive cash scholarship of US$600 for 2017-2018 school year.
– Opportunity to participate in skill-building, volunteer, networking events, chance to win an internship and hand-on experience to improve knowledge and skills organized by the program.
Application process:
– Students submit the application at Student Support Center at HUST or EPU
– The school received the qualified applications from students and send to Center for Education and Development for selection and interview.
Method of selection:
– The university will organize interview for Judging Committee to interview the qualified students
– Upon the result of the interview and application package, the university will coordinate with CED with input from AES Mong Duong Power Co. Ltd. to finalize the scholarship recipients list.
Scholarship timeline:
– Receiving application package at Student Support Center: from July 1st – August 30th 2017;
– Interview round: from September 4th – 15th 2017;
– Scholarship Ceremony (estimated): in the week from September 25th – 29th 2017.
AES Mong Duong Power Co. Ltd. and CED will work closely with the universities to select the most qualified students for the scholarship. List of selected students will be sent to the university and communicated directly to the selected students in September 2017. The Scholarship Ceremony will be held on September 2017.
