AES Vietnam receives Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Award from AmCham Hanoi for the eighth consecutive year
AES Mong Duong Pickleball Tournament 2025 – a sports tournament kicked off at AES Mong Duong with much excitement. In Vietnam, Pickleball is becoming increasingly popular because it is accessible, easy to learn, and encourages social interaction, making it a hit among people of all ages. This January, for the first time, a pickleball tournament was held on 7 January which brought together enthusiastic participants from AES Mong Duong and our contractors (Aden, BKH, and PSS). This event truly reflected our “All Together” value, as it brought together employees and contractors in a spirit of unity and collaboration.
The tournament featured exhilarating matches across two skill levels: Stage A (Newbie) and Stage B (Beginner). The athletes exhibited remarkable sportsmanship and competitive spirit, making the event both thrilling and enjoyable.
The tournament results are as below:
Stage A (Newbie) Couple:
- 1st Place: Binh Minh (CCR) & Mai Hoa (BKH)
- 2nd Place: Ngoc Anh (HR) & Đang Vinh (Ash Oper)
- 3rd Place: Manh Cuong (Ash Oper) & Thuy Linh (BKH)
- Encouragement Award: Thai Lai (PB Oper) & Huyen Bùi (HR)
Stage B (Beginner) Couple:
- 1st Place: Hoang Duong (EHS) & Luong Tuan (EHS)
- 2nd Place: Pham Tung (SCM) & Hai Sơn (SCM)
- 3rd Place: Lap Nguyen (EHS) & Đo Hieu (FGD Oper)
- Encouragement Award: Nguyen Pham (SCM) & Le Doanh (BOP Oper)
Special Awards:
- Best Costume: Nguyen Vy (I&C) & Thu Hang (PSS)
- Dedication Award: Joel (SCM) & The Anh (Engineering)
- Most Popular Pair: Minh Đinh (Electrical) & Thu Huong (PSS)

The AES Mong Duong SCM & Facility teams worked hard to prepare for the tournament, with special recognition going to the organizing committee for their enthusiastic support.
In addition to this tournament, AES Mong Duong also has many activities to help improve the health quality of employees, such as an internal football tournament, the Well-being application which provides recommendations on proper diet and exercise and a mental health counseling hotline. These initiatives demonstrate our commitment to not only achieving operational excellence but also fostering a supportive and healthy environment for all employees.
