AES Mong Duong Pickleball Tournament 2025
On 28 October 2021, AES Values Day 2021, with the theme ‘Cheers to 40 years. Cheers to values. Cheers to AES!’, was organized online with the participation of all AES Vietnam leaders and staffs.
The event aimed to honor the AES Values, “Safety First”, “Highest Standards” and “All Together”, which have been a foundation for AES for 40 years, and have guided AES’ business around the world and in Vietnam to make the best decisions. They have always defined how we work with each other and with our many different stakeholders.
“We share a common set of Values that define how we work towards that purpose each day. Our Values have always been at the heart of our culture and have helped guide our decisions and actions since the beginning of our business operation in Vietnam”, said David Stone, the President of AES Vietnam.
One of the highlights of the event was the Values Day Award, which recognizes a single outstanding member of AES Vietnam who strongly exemplifies AES Values. This year, the award was presented to Mr. Bui Khang Ninh – Public Relations & Government Relations Officer.
“I am greatly honoured to receive the Values Award. As a Public Relations & Government Relations Officer, who has been working for AES Mong Duong for more than nine years, AES Values play an important role in not only my work but also my day-to-day life. They have helped me strive for excellence in my roles and make the best decisions to benefit the company.”, said Mr. Bui Khang Ninh.
A month before the actual event, a number of activities were organized and praised by our people, including visual communication campaigns and games. The AES Journey Game helped AES staff remember some of the important milestones we has achieved so far, as well as how the experience and the lessons learned from the past shape AES’ work today. It showed how our legacy brings together significant achievements that, in addition to contributing to the company we are today, drive us towards a greener, smarter energy future.
