AES Vietnam receives Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Award from AmCham Hanoi for the eighth consecutive year
Family Day is an annual event of AES Vietnam organized by HR Department to encourage the engagement between AES people and their family members. The event is also a fantastic opportunity for family members to learn and submerged into AES Values through different activities and team building games.
This year, with theme of “Whatever the change, family remains”, AES Vietnam Family Day was organized at Hon Dau Resort, Hai Phong province for 2 days and 1 night and attracted the participation of 711 people.
Various en-route activities were organized to enlightening the spirit of participants including singing, poetizing and team building games on the bus. Upon arrival at the resort, everyone was free to go for sightseeing at Da Lat Garden, Valley of Love, Cam Ly waterfall, and Zoo inside the resort or swimming at artificial-wave salt water swimming pool.
In the evening, Gala dinner was organized together with many fun activities and game shows. The lottery ticket winners were also announced for different grand prizes including TVs, cooling fans and movie tickets.
The next morning, everyone enthusiased to join team-building games. Each team had to face different challenges and overcome games represent 5 different elements of Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth. Through team-work and great collaboration, all team managed to completed all their challenges successfully.
The celebration ended in the afternoon with immense success. It was a memorable time for all AES people and their family.
