Ground Ground Breaking Ceremony Of Mong Duong 2 BOT Power Project– 16 September 2011

Today, 16 September 2011, the Mong Duong 2 BOT Power Project officially commences. Our Project team, including expats and local employees, are very happy to witness this meaningful event. Mr. Pham Minh Chinh, Member of the Central Party Committee and Secretary of Quang Ninh Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Doc, Chairman of Quang Ninh People’s Committee, and Mr. Le Duong Quang, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Trade & Industry, also joined us in the Ground Breaking Ceremony of the Project. The Mong Duong 2 BOT Power Project with the gross capacity of 1,240MW and total investment approximating USD 2 billion will by the first and biggest coal-fired BOT project in Vietnam.
