AES Vietnam receives Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Award from AmCham Hanoi for the eighth consecutive year
- Purpose:
This notice has been given to whom may concern to participate in purchasing of Steel scrap, generated by AES Mong Duong Power Co., Ltd. (as “AES” or “Seller)
- Description:
- Commodity : Steel scrap.
- Quantity : A bout 60 tons.
- Quality : As actual.
- Selection procedure of qualified bidders and successful bidder:
The bidders who are interested in purchasing of Steel scrap will be scheduled to inspect the Steel scrap at site and he will send to the Seller a Letter of Intent (LOI) and Performance Bond/Deposit regarding to the purchasing.
The bidder’s representative can participate in bidding and the LOI submission with a valid letter of authorization.
AES-VCM will send a request for quotation to the bidders who submitted the LOI after closing time for the LOI submission.
AES-VCM shall reserve the right to select a successful bidder and be excluded liability for such companies in all process of the bidding.
- Performance Bond or Deposit:
The participants will be requested to submit Performance Bond or Deposit, amounting of 30,000,000 VND together will the LOI, and the bond/deposit will be released after the bidding. The successful bidder will not be released if he refuse to purchase after bidding notification.
- Submission date & place of LOI for Steel scrap.
LOI and Performance bond/Deposit will be submitted before 16:00 Mar 31, 2017 (Vietnam time) to the Seller’s address.

- Withdraw of pre-qualification and bidding.
It is AES-VCM’s sole discretion to decide to withdraw or delay the steel scrap bidding.
