AES Mong Duong Power Company Ltd has been awarded accreditation against the Investors in People (IiP) Standard at Silver level, demonstrating their commitment to realising the potential of their people.
The accreditation is outcome of a 3-year accreditation process where IiP assess the company’s people management practices through the base line survey, training, briefings, focus group discussions, online survey and on-site visits.
Investors in People is the international standard for people management, help shaping a working world where employers, employees and the community succeed by understanding the value of investing in people. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Working with clients across the globe, Investors in People enables organizations to benchmark against the best in the business on international scale to evolve their talent management, whilst developing a supportive and engaging people management strategy. From the survey results, when benchmarking with other Investors in People organizations in the size range from 250 to 4,999 people that have conducted the survey, AES Mong Duong is ranked 20th out of 816.

The accreditation will last for the next three years and, in line with IiP’s recommendations, AES Mong Duong will continue to look to make improvements in people management throughout the organization.
