Quang Ninh, 31 August 2020, a total of 170 disadvantaged students in Cam Pha city, Quang Ninh Province, were presented with scholarships worth VND1,000,000 each from AES Mong Duong Power Company to mark the new school year 2020-2021.
Cam Hai is a mountainous commune far from the center of Cam Pha city (Quang Ninh Province). Its mountainous terrain is divided into parts with many ethnic minorities living together, thus people’s lives were extremely difficult in the past.
