AES Mong Duong APEX 2025: Celebrating Innovation and Excellence
On May 14, 2024, the AES Annual Safety Day was celebrated at the Mong Duong 2 BOT Power Plant with the participation of its employees and contractors. The event celebrated the AES’s number one value – “Safety First” while always meeting our commitments of providing safe and reliable energy to the country.
This year’s event was attended by AES Corporation’s Mr. Juan Ignacio Rubiolo, Executive Vice President and President, Energy Infrastructure, the AES Corporation, and the leadership team of AES Corporation and AES Vietnam. Mr. Rubiolo kicked off the annual event and said “Safety is our composes to accelerate the future of energy.”
During this occasion, several activities were held, including the Golden Bell Challenge – Participants engaged in safety-related quizzes and challenges, reinforcing their knowledge and commitment to safety, and Emergency Response Drill – A realistic simulation allowed participants to practice emergency procedures, ensuring preparedness for critical situations.
