A project by a team from AES Mong Duong has won second place at the 2022 US and Eurasia APEX, in the Operation Category, and will now go on to compete in the global event.
Washington DC, 11 May 2022. Today, representatives of AES and PetroVietnam Gas JSC (PV Gas) were granted an Investment Registration Certificate for the Son My LNG terminal project.
On April 26 in Hanoi, representatives of AES Mong Duong – Ms. Hoang Thuy Ngan, O&M Planning Manager and Mr. Nguyen Duy Quang, Engineering Lead – attended the seminar “Experience in operating power sources, power grids and digital transformation solutions applied in economic management”, held by Vietnam Electricity (EVN), the country’s largest electricity manufacturer and distributor.
“We no longer have to spend VND500,000 per month on a gas tank for cooking and daily needs. Since we have received support, including breeds and animal feed, as well as in the construction of biogas cellars, we are not only able to use clean energy and save money, but also have high-quality pig herds in the future,” said Hoang Thi Xin, from Ha Tranh Village, Cong Hoa Commune, Cam Pha City, Quang Ninh Province, took us to visit her family farming model.
